Lateral Jump


Footwork is one of the keys to success when playing badminton. Players who have good footwork, it would be easy to cover the field and chasing returns the ball from the opponent. Prior to practicing footwork needs to be trained to support the movement jumps footwork. 

- One form of exercise that support the footwork is Lateral Jump. This exercise is useful to increase the speed in doing the footwork. How to practice 
- Standing next to the barrier with legs shoulder-width apart. 
- Your hands forward for balance. 
- Take a ¼ squat position, then jump to the side past the barrier setingginya. 
- This down with both feet simultaneously. 
- After the foot touches the floor, immediately jump back to the previous direction
