Beep Test


Beep Test aims to measure aerobic capacity or fitness athlete by running in between the two lines marked with a beep. There are several levels, each level faster intervals. 

Implementation Beep Test: 

- At the beginning, a distance of two beeps signal marking the one-minute intervals measured accurately 

- Each time the participants completed a distance of 20 meters, the position must be exactly one foot stepping on or over the limit of 20 meters. Furthermore turned around and wait for the next signal to run in the opposite direction 

- Each participant must survive as long as possible, in accordance with the speed that has been set. If participants are not able to run the pace following the participant must stop or be stopped in accordance with the provisions of 

- If the participant fails to achieve two steps or more from the boundary 20 meters after the alert sounds, 1x20 meter tester provides an opportunity to provide an opportunity for participants to adjust the speed 

- If the participant fails the tolerance period to adjust the speed, the participants completed the beep test is considered
