Footwork exercises aimed at training the foot movement to explore and master the field. With a mastery of the field and the velocity of the athlete will get a good hit right position. The velocity obtained from regular footwork. 



How to practice footwork

1. From the middle of the field position, stepped to the front right corner, then back to the center continued to the front left and back to the center. Perform repetitive movements. 
2. From the position of the middle step sideways to the right, back to the middle and to the right and back to the center. Perform repetitive movements. 
3. Stepped back from the center position to the right and then back to the middle of the back and stepped back into the back left and back to the center. Perform repetitive movements.
