Badminton Tips 

For the backhand grip, slide the "V" hand inward. It's on the side. Fourth position index finger, middle, pinkie and ring fingers are parallel. The position of the thumb on the handle of the racquet are wide. 

How to Exercise 
Before practice exercises punches, drills for adaptation needs to be done to move their wrist while holding the racket correctly. 

1. Participants familiarized always hold a racket practicing with fingers, flexible, and remain relaxed, but still have the energy. 
2. Perform movements with the use of the wrist. So is the movement forward and backward, so that was really the bending of the wrist. 
3. Move your wrists up and down. 
4. Hitting the ball (shuttlecock) to the wall. 
5. Bouncing ball.
