Squat Jump:Tips Training Badminton


Squat jump or jump squat is plyometrics exercises to train the lower body. This exercise targets the muscles of the quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, and calf. Squat jump is an explosive movement. How to exercise, squat down to the squat position, press the foot and push the air into setingginya. When down, immediately bend your knees, fell back into the squat position and jump again. The position of the feet should be in a state tiptoe landing. This exercise is useful for enhancing explosive leg. from the squat position, jump to the top. 

Perform the squat jump only on surfaces that are dry. To make the legs work, focus on lifting the foot as high as possible before starting to jump. At the end of the knee bend when it should not exceed the tip of the toe. Motion carried 3 sets with 10 reps. For more details, please see the following video:
